You basically have to go into Android settings and disable their app that does this. And then reinstall them if you uninstall them. That has never been a behavior we've had. I used to use Bluestacks and it would install random games. This is actually against Google's terms of service. But, and big but here, we have never and will never automatically download any apps without your expressed consent.
